  1. Prices of services for guests „Wójcik SPA” are given in Polish zlotys and include tax on goods and services.

  2. .Performance of the service by „Wójcik SPA” consists in providing the Guest with a clean and tidy room or rooms ready for use by providing the Guest with an automatically generated, individual code, which the Guest should use 24 hours before arriving at „Wójcik SPA” will receive a mobile phone number provided when making the reservation. The above-mentioned individual code authorizes the Guest to open the previously booked room or rooms. In addition, each room has a magnetic card that allows you to open the door to a given room.

  3. The guest may not transfer the rented room to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.

  4. The guest is obliged to comply with order regulations and provisions related to fire safety in „Wójcik SPA”.

  5. In the area of "Wójcik SPA”There is a curfew from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day. We reserve the right to deviate from the above rules in the event that in the area of "Wójcik SPA”A special event is organized, about which the Guests were informed in advance.

  6. In the event of a gross or persistent breach by the Guest of the agreed order of stay, threatening the interests of other Guests, "Wójcik SPA"May terminate the contract with the Guest with immediate effect. In the event of failure to comply with the agreed order of stay, the Guest will be charged with the resulting costs.

  7. The presence of dogs and other domestic animals on the premises of "Wójcik SPA” jest zabronione.

  12. /It is forbidden to use in the rooms „Wójcik SPA” from own electric appliances, gas cylinders, electric grills etc. or any additional appliances (apart from the existing ones).

  13. . „Wójcik SPA” smoking is strictly forbidden. In the event of breach of this prohibition, the Guest will be charged an additional fee of PLN 200 for the elimination of tobacco odor.


  1. Wójcik SPA"Is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of Art. 846-852 of the Civil Code. „Wójcik SPA” is not liable for damages in relation to the Guest over the amount of the actual damage.

  2. Wójcik SPA” is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond his control, e.g. power outages, water outages or lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal, etc.

Wójcik SPA” is not responsible for damage or loss of motor vehicles (including a car) or other vehicle belonging to the Guest and things left in it in the event that the vehicles have been parked in an unguarded car park Wójcik SPA”, including for the actions of third parties or any damage caused by force majeure (e.g. wind, storm, flood, fire, electricity, etc.).

  4. The guest is obliged to comply with the safety rules related to the protection against theft of the room equipment and the movables belonging to it.   1. The guest has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided by „Wójcik SPA” or otherwise.

  1. In the description of the complaint, it is recommended that the Guest provide:

    1. information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the failure or other defect;

    2. contact details of the person submitting the complaint̨ - it will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by „Wójcik SPA”.

  1. The requirements specified in the preceding sentence are recommendations only and do not affect̨ on the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.
